We love our beautiful country and our food; precious products of local farmers are also part of nature.
I really love eating with my family and friends at a beautifully set table; we drink good wine and enjoy our dinner.
My husband produces our homemade smoked bacon himself and he takes care that the meat comes from organic and local farms. We also produce other typical South Tyrolean meat products like Salami and the Kaminwurzen, which are thin air dried salami like sausages. 90% of our cheese assortment is local alpine cheese; on top of that we can offer three original alpine cheese sorts; they were made on South Tyrolean alpine pastures during the summer and they were stored in a stone cellar for a year.
Our wine department is new this year; we sell precious wines by South Tyrolean wine growers, wines from smaller local farm and excellent spirits like Grappa and Schnaps.
Of course we also have original Parma ham and Culatello ham, excellent olive oil from almost all Italian Regions, high value Parmesan cheese and delicate Pecorino cheese. We also have traditional Italian biscuits, the Cantuccini and the Amaretti and the delicious Amedei-chocolate from the Toscana.
We can offer really lovely gift baskets which are filled with typical high quality specialities from our own butcher’s shop or from other producers.
We can insert greeting cards. Our special decoration elements are produced in the protected craft shop for disabled people “Pastor Angelicus” in Meran.
