Produktinformationen "Olivenöl extra vergine L'Ottobratico Olearia San Giorgo 750ml"

Das Ottobratico wird ausschließlich aus der Olivensorte Ottobratica gewonnen. Erstmals im Jahr 2002 vermarktet, und nur in sehr begrenzter Menge produziert, wird es mit Sicherheit noch lange in aller Munde sein. Allerhöchstes Lob kommt von der italienischen Innung der Olivenmeister, der Corporazione dei Mastri Oleari. Nur 52 Betriebe gehören diesem Verein an und neue Mitglieder müssen sich sehr strengen Qualitätskriterien unterwerfen.

"Dieses weniger bekannte Olivenöl der Olearia San Giorgio ist eine Rarität: Es wird reinsortig aus Ottobratica-Oliven gepresst, die nur noch vereinzelt in Kalabrien wachsen. Mit seinen Aromen von grünen Bananen, Melonen und etwas Zitronengras und süßer Mandel am Gaumen begeistert es Kenner. Pochierte oder gebratene Süßwasserfische können elegant damit gewürzt werden, aber das Öl ist auch eine wunderbare Ergänzung zu frischem Ziegenkäse!"
