Ein echtes Spitzenöl aus Sardinien: Das native Olivenöl wird aus ausgewählten Oliven lokaler Sorten gewonnen, die in Handarbeit zum optimalen Reifezeitpunkt geerntet und sofort kalt extrahiert werden. Das Öl trägt die geschützte Herkunftsbezeichnung DOP Sardegna – ein Siegel für höchste Qualität, Regionalität und kontrollierte Herstellung.

Das Öl begeistert durch ein fruchtig-grünes Aroma mit Noten von Artischocke, grünem Apfel und frisch geschnittenem Gras. Am Gaumen zeigt es sich harmonisch mit einer angenehmen Bitterkeit und pfeffrigen Schärfe im Abgang – ein Zeichen für seine Frische und den hohen Gehalt an Polyphenolen.
