Produktinformationen "Olivenöl extra vergine La Molazza 500ml"

Die Oliven für das Öl „La Molazza“ werden von uralten Olivenbäumen geschüttelt. Die Bäume stehen auf fruchtbarem Lehmsandboden in der sonnigen Sibarisebene. Mit alten Steinmühlen wird das Öl innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Ernte aus den Früchten gemahlen. Reine Baumwollfilter halten die Trüb- und Schwebstoffe zurück.

Charakteristik: rein, mittlere Dichte, gelbliche Farbe mit grünlichem Schimmer; Geruch: intensiv nach Olive; Geschmack: süß, mandelartig; Dichte: mittelflüssig; Eignung: für alle mediterranen Gerichte geeignet

Wir haben die Olivenöle bei unserem Urlaub im Sommer direkt bei Pföstl in Schenna gekauft und sind mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden.
Deshalb haben wir jetzt die Öle nachbestellt und werden auch in Zukunft dort bestellen. Es gibt noch viele leckere Produkte, wo wir welche so nach und nach
bestellen werden.
Die Fa. Pföstl und Ihre Produkte sind auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
