Produktinformationen "Olivenöl extra vergine Terre dell' Abbazia Ursini 750ml"

Herstellung: Aus 5 verschiedenen Olivensorten wird dieses Öl komponiert. Die Ernte erfolgt mit der Hand oder bei hohen Bäumen mit Harken. Es wird in der Mühle kalt zu Brei gepresst und dann das Öl im kontinuierlichen Verfahren gewonnen. Die Oliven werden reif geerntet und innerhalb 6 Stunden verarbeitet.

Anwendung in der Küche: Das reife, leicht süße Öl mit Nuss- und Mandelaromen, aber auch grünen Noten schmeckt zu frischen Ziegenkäse, Pilzgerichten, gebratenem Gemüse und zu Obst.
